HOW DO I SIGN UP?

You can sign up by downloading our app (just search "Everybody Reformer" in the App store or Google Play) or by following this link and creating an account on our MINDBODY platform.

If you have never done Reformer Pilates before and want to try us out for the first time, use our introductory offer of 2 classes for £29.

HOW MUCH DO THE CLASSES COST?

DO I NEED TO BE FIT TO DO PILATES?

Absolutely not. Pilates is for everybody. You don’t need to already be fit, you don’t need to be flexible, and you don’t need to look a certain way. If you have a body you can do Pilates!

WHICH CLASS SHOULD I BOOK?

If you are new to Pilates we recommend starting with a beginners class. You need zero experience to attend one of our beginners classes.

Some clients book a 1 to1 Private Session for their first experience before jumping into a group session. Whichever route you decide you will be taken care of.

We recommend around 4 beginner classes before moving up to intermediate level; your trainer can advise you on when to move up class if you are unsure.

CAN I ATTEND A CLASS WHILST PREGNANT?

Our group classes are not suitable for pregnancy after the first trimester.  We do however offer 1:1 prenatal classes upon request. Contact us for more information and to book in.

Question 6

WHAT ABOUT POSTNATAL CLASSES?

You can attend our group classes once you have been signed off by your doctor as ready to exercise after your babies birth. Please let the trainer know you are postnatal before the class when they screen for injuries and special considerations.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO A CLASS?

Grip socks and a water bottle is all you need! We have a changing area, washroom and a space for your belongings available. You can also bring a small towel if you wish. We also sell socks in the studio so don’t worry if you forget them!

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

To cancel your class, please login to your MINDBODY account and select “Early Cancel“.  Classes cancelled more than 24 hours before the class time will be credited back to your account straightaway. All classes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

BOOKING & STUDIO TERMS

All bookings are subject to these terms:

Classes will run as scheduled, and on occasion may be taught by a different instructor due to illness, absence, or other operational requirements. EBR reserves the right to make such changes when necessary. All instructors are appropriately qualified and deliver classes to a high professional standard. Refunds or credits will not be issued for instructor changes, late cancellations, or missed sessions. Clients must ensure they are fit to participate and inform the instructor of any relevant health conditions prior to class. All required waivers and PAR-Q forms are provided through the booking system and must be completed before attending any session.

By attending, clients agree to these terms.

PRIVACY POLICY

Everybody Reformer uses MINDBODY to manage bookings, client accounts and payments.  From time to time we may send occasional updates or offers by email to clients who have opted in.  You can unsubscribe at anytime by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of an email or by contacting us directly.  Your personal information is securely processed through the MINDBODY platform.  We only use your data to manage your bookings and communicate about your classes.  We do not share or sell your information with thrid parties.
