  • REFORMER - BEGINNER.

    Our beginner classes are designed for first timers. If you have never done reformer Pilates before or are unsure which class to start with, our beginners class is for you.

  • REFORMER - INTERMEDIATE.

    An athletic class designed to build strength and improve muscle tone. Our intermediate classes use layers and progressions to ensure you get the most out of each session. A full body workout including push/pull/core exercises, whilst integrating the 6 principles of Pilates.

  • REFORMER - INTERMEDIATE (INTRO)

    An introduction to our intermediate level classes. If you are unsure of the pace and intensity of an intermediate level class, or unsure whether you are ready to move from beginners up to intermediate you can try this class first to get an idea of what to expect.

  • REFORMER CARDIO (JUMPBOARD).

    A cardio based workout using the reformer and jumpboard in place of the footbar. The jumpboard is not a trampoline! but it is a low impact, high intensity workout which will really get your heartrate and endorphins flowing.

  • REFORMER STRENGTH.

    This class is designed for you build both strength and power. We will focus on exercises that help you build muscle, increase your endurance, and improve your overall health. Using both the reformer, kettlebells and dumbbells to add variety and load, if you love training in the gym but also love the reformer this class is for you!

  • PRIVATE - REFORMER PT (1:1)

    In your 1:1 we will work towards your specific goals and needs. Our tailored, individual programming means that you will get the most out your private class whatever your goal may be.

  • DUET - REFORMER PT (1:2)

    In your duet we will work towards both of your specific goals and needs. The same tailored approach as a private reformer PT so you will get the most out of your 1:2 sessions, including the motivation of having a partner with you.

  • REFORMER MOBILITY.

    A twist on Pilates with our mobility class. Elevate your practice with exercises designed to enhance flexibility, strength, and overall mobility. whether you're seeking to improve gym performance, or just want to be more mobile in everyday life this class is for you.
